Date: 12/05/2009 Global Teleconference Panel Discussion - FAMILY BUSINESS: IN SAFE HANDS?
The IFB is pleased to announce that Family Business Wiki.org, a new resource for sharing family business knowledge, is offering a series of panel discussions and networking events conducted via teleconference. In addition to hearing a live panel discussion, participants can utilise online forums on Family Business Wiki to share their ideas and questions. Each panel discussion will also be followed by optional networking where participants can introduce themselves.
On 12th May the panel will discuss key findings from the Barclays Wealth report "Family Business: In Safe Hands?", which was produced by the Economist Intelligence Unit, including; • Discussing how family firms are surviving the downturn • Addressing how to manage family relationships • Considering the benefits of external non-family management
