Brothers Philipp and Mark Mosimann are now in the steering seat (as joint MDs) of the company created by their father, renowned chef Anton Mosimann.
What are the challenges of sharing the leadership role? How do they balance their strengths and weaknesses? What’s it like working with a father who is still very much part of the brand? What is their strategy for the future development of Mosimann’s?
