UK Family Business Sector Report- Parliamentary Launch
We now aim to publicise widely the key messages around the importance of the sector, and therefore the requirement for Government to maintain a policy framework that addresses the particular needs of family business. Supported by the Report’s findings there are three specific policy areas that we are emphasising: a favourable tax regime permitting firms to grow under family ownership, more efforts to promote the benefits of succession planning within firms and the need to cut red tape.
IFB members were invited to the Houses of Parliament on March 17th at 4.30PM for a meeting hosted by the Rt. Hon Richard Caborn MP to launch the Report to Parliamentarians.
