Having spent 20+ years working in HR in the Building Materials industry she moved into the Food industry five years ago to work for the family owned Samworth Brothers Group who employ circa 10,000 colleagues across a number of own label and branded businesses. Throughout her career she has always driven by a desire to enable all colleagues to reach their full potential which in turn benefits them, the teams and the organisations they work for.
