Neil Davy
Neil is CEO of the IFB, having joined in February 2022. Neil is also a Senior Advisor to RISE, a Brussels-based corporate purpose advisory firm working at the intersection of purpose, sustainability, ESG and responsible business.
He is the former Group Director of Responsible Business and Public Affairs at Capita Plc, a FTSE-listed consulting, transformation and digital services business. Prior to that he was the Global CEO of Corporate Citizenship, the sustainability and responsible business consultancy. He also previously led the London-based corporate governance and responsible business think-tank, Tomorrow’s Company.
He grew-up in Asia, beginning his career in international development working with the British Council, UNHCR and Save the Children in Hong Kong. He later moved into marketing services with WPP, Omnicom and Dentsu Aegis based initially in Hong Kong, then Shanghai and Tokyo, working across the Asia Pacific before moving to London to take on global roles. He has also lived in the US.
He also established Britain’s only commercial olive grove in Kent, South-East England, which featured widely across national press in the UK and international trade media.
