Nick is Co-Director of Oasis, a creative blend of developers, facilitators, animateurs, coaches, and human relations practitioners from diverse backgrounds helping individuals and businesses work with uncertainty and emergence, develop whole-person whole-system responses to face into questions and challenges that help organisations flourish, communities thrive and bring people alive. 

Nick also works with a number of family businesses where effective human dynamics and future thinking are essential, is confidant to CEOs and Chairs, and senior advisor to the Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative.
