Rosie Warin

Rosie is CEO of Kin&Co and a multi award-winning change-maker. She has a background in behavioural psychology and is a recipient of the Suzy Ferguson Award, recognising exceptional ‘character, integrity and determination’. She’s also one of Management Today’s 35 under 35 and is a leading figure in the purpose and culture movement, helping CEOs around the world to transform their organisations for the better. Rosie has helped clients like TripAdvisor, WWF, Westpac, Innocent and Coca Cola. Rosie currently sits on the Corporate Board of Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, is a judge on the World Economic Forum/Effie Positive Change awards, and regularly advise a network of C-suite execs, largely in FS and tech.
