Iraj Ispahani will be in conversation with Dr Tim Evans, Apothecary to HM the Queen and The Royal Households of London. Join us to explore the importance of physical and mental health in building a sustainable and successful family business.
We have been living in the midst of a healthcare crisis for almost a year now, and the end of this pandemic is not yet in sight. The social, financial, psychological and physical stressors surrounding this crisis have been challenging on many levels.
During this event, we will explore how you, your family and your business can build resilience to get through these difficult times.
- A brief summary of what has happened in the last year, where we are now and where we are headed in terms of the pandemic
- How can family business leaders look after their own mental and physical health, the mental and physical health for their employees and their families, especially the next generation?
- What are the implications for post-pandemic behavioural change?
- Reflections on leading a fulfilling life (work-life balance; a new employee proposition and the end of work as we know it)
The above key themes will be explored from the perspectives of: the individual; the individual & the family; the family business; the next generation.
