This interactive workshop invites participants to understand the 4 levels of listening, to examine the roles they hold in their family and in the business and how to negotiate the boundaries between them.
What you'll get:
- A richer understanding of the business through a better understanding of different perspectives
- Being able to unpick conflict arising from transition and succession issues
- A deeper understanding of one’s own bias and prejudices
- A world of creative possibility through challenging resistance to change and developing an inquisitive mindset
Who is it for?
Anyone in a family business, working or not working in the business, who wants to improve their listening skills to further their understanding of the complex relationships at play in their organisation.
